NATURAL STONE / INDIVIDUAL CHARACTER

Granite countertops.
Character, naturally.

From subtle mineral patterns to expressive movement, granite brings the individuality of natural stone to kitchens, vanities and suitable outdoor spaces across Southwest Florida.

Choose the slab, not just the name.

A color name is a starting point. Natural variation means the slab you select matters. Look at the distribution of color, movement and mineral features, then consider how the pieces will be laid out across your countertop.

  • View the actual slab when possible.
  • Discuss seam placement, edge profile and the direction of movement.
  • Identify all cutouts, backsplash pieces and waterfall panels before pricing.

A finish worth looking after.

Sealing needs vary by stone and use. Ask for a care plan for your specific selection. Clean spills promptly and use appropriate stone cleaners. Cutting boards and trivets help protect the finished surface and your tools.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A few good
questions.

Does every granite countertop need the same sealing schedule?

No. The stone’s absorption, sealer and use all matter. Follow the recommendations for the actual slab and product used.

Can granite be used outdoors?

Some granite selections work well outdoors. The stone, finish, exposure, support and appliance clearances all need to be evaluated for the specific installation.
